- How many people can attend the live webcast I paid for?
As many as can view the webcast on your computer. Your registration will work only on one computer.
- Can I purchase a group discount for my office?
Yes we offer group discounts, please call (916) 774-4000 to setup.
- I can’t attend the webcast?
We offer all our webcasts on dvd. Please go to our webcast home page (http://www.provpubs.com/webcasts/) to select the webcast you want to purchase.
- Can we download the materials before hand?
No. There will be a link to download during the webcast.
- I forgot my password?
First, make sure you are entering your correct login from the thank you email you received from us. If you still need assistance please call (916) 774-4000.

- What screen resolution should my monitor be set to?
The screen resolution should be set at a standard definition(1024×768)
- What are the system requirements for the webcast on my PC?

- What are the system requirements for the webcast on my Mac?

- What audio requirements does my computer need?

- What if I have problems viewing the Webcast?
Each webcast will have a coordinator. The coordinator will be able to help you with any problems viewing the webcast. Our help line is (916) 774-4000.

- Do you need special equipment or software to participate?
No. All you need is a fairly current Web browser and a connection to the Internet, and you’re all set.
- When will the webcast start?
Each webcast will begin promptly at the scheduled time, Pacific Standard Time. Your confirmation email will include the date and start time. You will be able to log in to the webcast up to 10 minutes prior to the start. We recommend logging in early to avoid missing any of the webcast.
- What if I arrive late?
As this is a live webcast, it is impossible to “rewind” the webcasts if you miss it. We offer all our webcasts on demand and on DVD, please refer to the specific webcasts page(http://www.provpubs.com/webcasts/) to order one.
- How do I join the Webcasts on the day of the event?
As soon as you complete the registration for a webcast, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with URL that you must visit and the date / time to log on. If you happen to lose an e-mail, do not panic a reminder e-mail is sent out the day before the webcast start date. If have not received a confirmation e-mail then you should contact our help desk,(916) 774-4000
- Do you offer a money back guarantee?

- What Happens if a Scheduled Webcast Gets cancelled or Rescheduled
Our no questions asked money back guarantee always applies. Sometimes, because of the issues of scheduling multiple subject matter experts things happen and need to change… in that event we will provide the new date information, and your registration, unless cancelled by you will still apply.
- How Long are the webcasts?
We work hard to produce an information packed 60 minutes. Sometimes they run a little long. We schedule an additional 30 minutes for a Question and Answer period but will stay live as long as people have questions.
- Are their handouts? What else Do I get?
Yes, there are handouts, and we provide a page URL at the end of the webcast so you can get the handouts. Sometimes slides and other handouts need to be edited before they are provided but e get them up pretty quickly. In addition you get to download information about the subject matter experts, and all of the materials and instructions required for educational credits.
- How do I read a QR Code?
If you have a smart phone, odds are it is able to read a QR code, if you don’t currently have the App to do so you can download one here .
- My Question didn’t get answered in the Q&A session. How do i find the answer?
We do an expanded version on our webcast Q&A session on the DVD and all unanswered questions get forwarded to our Subject Matter Experts.

- What is the cost to purchase a dvd if I attended the webcast?

- Do the supporting materials come with the dvd?
Yes
- How long after the air date of a Webcast will I get the DVD I ordered?
It takes approximately three weeks to ship. We go through a post production process including adding bonus content if any, editing out delays etc, menus, credits, and and then we send the master to our manufacturing house. We ship via UPS within two days of getting them back from manufacturing.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS
- What is the additional fee for one hour of MCLE or one hour of CDI credits?
$20 per person
- How do I receive my CE credits?
At the end of the Webcast you will be asked to complete a short form and fax or mail it into us. Once we get this we will print your CE certificate and send it to you.
- How, and when, do participants pay for the MCLE or CE Credits?
At the end of the webcast, participants will be directed to a special page where they can download both the handouts and the material for the MCLE and CE credits. Participants who want CE credit complete the test, fill in credit card number and fax to 916-596-2167.
- What about MCLE, CE and other Educational Credits?
We endeavor to provide as many types of educational credits as possible appropriate to the subject matter. Most do not cost extra, some do because of processing costs. We hold the costs down very low.
